Fiance with Multiple Legal Name Changes not from Divorce

Hey Everyone,

I am finally getting our packet ready to send later this month and I have run into a slight snag. I searched all over the sight and this exact issue hasn't been addressed recently, so I wanted to check with all you amazing people.

Jon has had his name changed twice due to his Mother's divorces. He was born as one name and once she got remarried she changed his name for him since he was so young, and now that she got divorced again he changed his name to a different name (which is the last name of a trusted and close relative). All name changes were legal and I have copies of the UK Deed Polls for both changes. My question lies in how to put them on the forms.

The G-325A has space to fit both his names separated by a comma. Is this okay? Or would this confuse people?

On the I-129 F there is only space for one, so am I correct in thinking I need a supplement page for this with both his previous names on them? If I make the supplement sheet, should I explain the reason for the two names since they were due to his Mother's marriages and not his, since he has never been married before?

Thanks for any input!

I just wanted to update for anyone who might have a similar situation. I did put on the G325-A both names since they both fit in the other names used area. For the I-129F I included the supplement sheet and made sure to include copies of the two Legal Name Change Deed Polls, which I placed in the packet directly after the I-129F and two G-325A forms before any evidence, and we were approved with no RFE.

I just wanted to make sure that I shared this for anyone in the future who might have this situation!
