Here's what I don't understand. When a cop kills a black person, it gets all kinds of media (sensational) coverage. But in Chicago, a black is killed (on average) every 14 hours. That means every 10 days, 17 more blacks are murdered. Yet there seems to be little to no outrage nor coverage of this fact. Why not? Those lives matter just as much as anyone else's, yet it's hardly mentioned. And happens a lot more frequently.

for starters, i would google "anti gang organizations chicago" or "stop the violence chicago". i'm sure you realize that gang activity and violence thrives in poor areas and poor areas don't seem to generate a bit of outrage from the masses unless their violence seeps into the suburbs or affects their lives personally. or if someone mentions blm, then they're outraged that the black community isn't doing anything about chicago..over and over. if you cared about black on black crime in chicago, you'd know that people have been outraged and working to help stop the violence for years.
