Hello I need some information regarding I-864 form .My mother is my petitioner but she is not doing any job there so my brother and his wife will be our co-sponsor.Kindly let me know what forms should I need to fill I-864 or I-864 A?? I am little confuse about both forms.

Your mom will still have to file I-864 even she has no income. Co-sponsor will file I-864 as well and his wife will file I-864A.

Hello xFred,

I checked and it's showing same to me as well .I guess we need invoice number to proceed further and that will be provided in welcome letter  because when i checked this link https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx  to follow six steps it requires invoice number.

Thanks dude, it's good to know everything is going same to others (normal). I think our files are together. Fingers cross get good news by April VB ;)

Good evening F2B filers, I have a question.. for those who got their application approved, what type of visa they stamped on your passport? what's the validity? Is it just an entry visa that you have to request for the green card itself once you arrive in the US? thank you in advance for those who will answer ;-)

Its a tem visa which allows you to enter usa. Once you have paid for green card and cleared customs upon landing in the usa, the green card will be sent to you. i was given a 5 mths visa

You got 5 months Jarin.......I've been wondering why the time frame for the visa varies for each person, I always thought everybody got 6 months, but I realized that's not the case.

I wonder also, why it's 5 instead of 6, maybe it depends, when your medical are done?
