HeLloyd phonyexx.I want to ask u something don't mind please .before nvc ask for rfe foe f2b catagorey we send it.now they ask for rfe for f1 catagorey.so my question did taht happen to u as well .did u requested for opt out after your catagorey changed? I am worried becoz my catagorey alredy changed from f2b to f1 so will my opt out request will work or no point of doing taht .pleas response ?

it doesnt matter i recently sent my opt out letter and my category changed in march

Yeah man, I sent it in becaz I don't think f1 gonna move faster than f2 between now n March lol at least I hope not

I'm not sure if the information requested on the RFE for F1 is the same as that for F2B. But I don't think it will matter. I had requested opt-out before my category was changed because in the last communication from NVC that my case was complete I was still in F2b. I sent in my request for opt-out afterwards and received confirmation on the opt-out approval to remain in F2B.

You'll have to word your request TO BE PUT BACK into F2B because of the movement of the bulletin. I've never heard of a opt-out refusal on this site, So, send what they've requested for F1 RFE as well as following up on your opt-out request.
