As I keep saying in my thread, what markets will do in coming years is pretty much baked in the cake and independent of this or that happening. However, oftentimes markets wait for a trigger to be the spark that lights the fire. If they vote to exit, it could be it, or it could panic for 3 days and then go back to la la land. There's really no telling.

Looks like they chose what's behind door number 2. Back to lala land.

09/16/2016: THE END - 4 year long process all done!

That will change if Article 50 is invoked and Gove or worse ilk is selected and does as they intends (no deal isolationist).

I wonder if the UK border starts at Calais thing will still stand, aka will the French authority let the flow of migrants go to Dover instead of stopping them in Calais as it's done now.

I had read that this was an agreement directly between the UK and France and not part of the EU. Although there was a lot of grandstanding after the vote, it appears that France will honor the agreement.
