Hello, I completed my IV application , paid fees, submitted every documents what needed. Now it's been about 2 months I didn't heard anything from NVC , also didn't receive any email. Suddenly two days before "Foreign State of Chargeability " showed up in my ceac case profile. Does it indicate to something ? And how much time I've to wait to see my case to be completed ? My visa class is F4

Never heard about "Foreign Stste of Chargeability" but that's just my lack of knowledge. This is what I quickly found on the Internet and you may find this helpful:

Definition: https://www.uscis.gov/tools/glossary/foreign-state-chargeability

Do you think that's the case here?

I think the best bet for you to call NVC directly. My experience with the agents I spoke couple of times were really great as I found them kind and informative. If you aren't unlucky you may speak with someone who can give you all the info you need. It's not easy to reach them so keep trying and talk to them with all your questions.

Hope you will find all the answers.

Good luck

hi

what is your priority date?

for July, immigration is working on the priority date of September 8th, 2003

Hello, thank you for your PD info . PD was totally out of my knowledge . and another thing is my uncle applied for us so, I don't know much about the process. I asked him about the PD for our case he told me it is 03 August/September 2003 . I didn't hear the month clearly because he lives in NY and I am in Bangladesh. We were talking by mobile phone.

hi

the case probably has been completed

I searched google and learnt that if someone's case is completed , Affidavit of Support Fee turns to N/A from Paid. But mine isn't turned yet. Is there any other way to know my case completed or not . and thank you again for your time . It helped me much . :):)
