My interview is set to go on Tuesday I have printed our Facebook chat which in all I got about 100 pages and also 20pages of our watsap screen short,I have 2 western union receipt that my wife has sent me some money I got all my civil documents set I have about 100pics of me and my wife at different places and that if our weeding in the court room,am now waiting for my wife to send me a copy of her tax return to add on my documents,she came to Ghana tuwise the frist she came in 2014 with her auntie that was when we got married as we meet on a group chat on Facebook in 2013 so we got married when she came to Ghana 2014,work didn't allow her to come until May 2016 when she came with her best friend and her auntie again,I wana know if my case is good to go and also do I need to add document which indicate the work I do and how much I make in Ghana here.

You did have all these kind of evidence in your petition package when you submitted I hope. It's good to have updated evidence like the visit. And her 2015 tax information with an updated I-864 that's good.

They need nothing about your employment its not needed. Good she visited recently that 2 year separation was alot.

All the best be confident and ready. Your embassy is not easy.

May 1st 2015 - Sent in IV application


May 12th 2015 - Sent in AOS and IV documents


May 18th 2015 - Scan Date


June 18th 2015 - Checklist received


June 22nd 2015 - Checklist response sent to NVC

Jan 13th 2016 - Mailed our reply to the 221(g) to the US Embassy, received and CEAC updated the next morning


Jan 20th 2016 - Embassy require more in-depth info on asset for i-864


Feb 1st 2016 - Sent more in-depth info on assets as requested. Received the next morning


Feb 16th 2016 - Visa has been issued :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:



In the US


April 5th 2016 - POE Newark. No questions asked.


April 14th 2016 - SSN received


May 10th 2016 - First day at my new job :dancing:


May 27th 2016 - Green Card received


June 7th 2016 - Got my Texas driver's license
