hello, my son and i are here now in USA and its gonna be 2 years soon in a few months. I was granted with spousal visa CR1 and my son on CR2, when we arrived here September 11,2014 i received 10 years gc since we're almost 3 years married that time. Im surprised my son has been given 2 year conditional residence and i got 10 year gc. my son;s conditional gc is gonna expire this Sept. Do i have to fill up the papers under my name and have my son undergo injection's before they will allow 10 year gc?

looking forward to hear on somebody who has any idea on it...thank you...

Do an I-90 for the wrong expiration on your son's green card. Include marriage certificate and copy of visa with entry date. Their mistake and no fee should be required.
