I-130: Using Caps and Putting Forms Together

I have two general questions about putting together my I-130 packet.

1. When filling out the I-130, G-325Am and G-1145 forms... Is it ok to use Capital Letters for writing everything out?

2. When sending everything off, how do you hold the forms together? With a paperclip? Or use nothing?

If filling out forms by hand I tend to use capitals as I think it's easier to read one's handwriting, filling out forms online I use lower case.

We used paperclips to keep forms organised.

I typed mine

Last names and countries I used caps.

To hold papers together I used paper clips since I was advised by members here that they scan documents so it's easier for them to remove paper clips than staples

Yes, definitely don't use staples.

It's all about speed. As soon as the package arrives it is more or less torn apart and rearranged in a way that suits USCIS anyway. You don't want to annoy the person doing that by causing them extra work by removing staples, etc. I held everything together with one large Acco flat bar fastener at the top and used sticky tabs along the bottom to separate the forms and sections.
