I have another question about co sponsor. I just graduated from professional school. So my taxes for the past three years will be very bad. But I just started a new job where I will be making above poverty line. I have a letter from my employer stating salary, position and how long I have been with the company ( I worked with them since college). Will that be a problem ?

Well we are moving in the right direction, but got an RFE ? I don't know what it could be for because I sent more than enough information. But my question is: anyone who got an RFE, how long did it take to get in the mail? And also about how long after you sent it back did it get approved?

I-129F sent- June 15

Lockbox received- June 16

Noa1- June 20

RFE- August 23

NOA2- September 1

NVC received- September 13

Case #- September 13

congrats!! We are similar! I'm July 7th and moving to Nebraska but from UK ? Great state ?

(Your Noa1 says 5th july, just fyi - not that two days makes much difference! Haha)

Nebraksa for me too :D Can't wait, its so gorgeous! And oops, fixed the date. Not sure what happened there lol

YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations!! Super excited for you guys!

Thank you!

Same for me! We have same NOA2 and it's taking 2 weeks to get to NVC. No delays so far. No e-mails from NVC. However, calling their number and waiting on hold for 1 minute to get your NVC case# after 2 weeks. This step optional as I assume we will get a e-mail with case # later.

Consulate : Guangzhou, China

Date Case #, IIN, and BIN assigned : 2016-08-23

Awesome Congrats! So two weeks seems to be the trend at the moment. What number and time were you calling each day?

Hi there!! Why do you think you got an RFC? I've heard from some others that in their case was because one of them where divorce and the USCIS ask them for an extra stamp on the divorce document. But if we have everything and gave them everything that they ask for don't know why you could get a RFC.

I hope you get some good news soon!!

Who was divorced? The petitioner or the benificiary? If benificiary then you ve to send the copy of both original divorce decree and its translation in english. And u ll need its original at the interview. I ve never heard abt extra stamp on it. They didnt ask me (the benificiary) extra stamp

The beneficiary was... I don't know the real

Story is someone I met here in VJ, I sent a private message because I saw their waiting time between NOA1 and NOA2 for like 3-4months and I was just curious, because me and one of them are from Mexico and I tought it was something from our country.

But is not my case we both are singles ?

You know, I don't know why they would do an RFE. To be honest, I sent everything they asked for. I was divorced but I also got it certified by the court house and sent original. Both sides of my birth cert (even though the back was blank) about 10 photos all the airline tickets (5X) and bus tickets. I also sent recipes to restaurants and cinema. And all the other necessary paper work: bio, passport photos with names, intent to Merry, explain how we met (on vacation) all of it. So that's why I was racking my brain all day to figure it out. Unless they misplaced something I have no idea what it could be.

I have a cousin who got a RFE in June because his fiance G325A is not the current version. All we have to do is submit the current version and he got approved 14 days later. It's best to wait till you get the RFE.

Maybe that may be it. Don't know. So we wait just a little bit more and everything will be fine. Thank you.
