Police Certificate for Italian Resident but Albanian National.

Hi all,

I am a little confused here. So my fiancee and I are waiting Noa2 approval for the k1 visa. He is a permanent resident of Italy (interview will be at Naples Consulate) but he is an Albanian National. He already obtained the police certificates from Italy that he needs but does he also need police certificates from Albania??? He moved to Italy when He was 15. Thanks!

K1 timeline:

3/14/16- I129F sent to Lockbox

3/17/16- NOA1

6/13/16- NOA2

6/17/16- Hard Copy NOA2 Received

Yes. For ALL countries he has lived in for 6 months or more.

I think you only need police records from all countries he lived in for 6 months of more since he turned 16. So if he never lived in Albania at the age of 16 or older, I don't think he needs anything from there.
