Mumbai k1 pre interview process question

Hello,

Our online consular status is "Ready" since last five days.

However we have not received any official letter from Mumbai consulate.

Can we go ahead and schedule medical and fill out DS-160? Or wait

Can Any one from recent Mumbai interview comment about process?

If you have your case # you can complete the online DS160.

The embassy info states you can email embassy for instructions.
