Yes it is approved the combo card is for EAD & A/P. Congratulations.

The SR did you do it by phone or online?

My friend (from Jersey) did it ONLINE, so much faster and risk-free. And she got news the next week after that!!!!

ONLINe yesterday. Got a confirmation email. And I don't know if it was a strike of luck but I got response the next day that the same day I put the request the AP was approved and a combo card AP/EAD will be mailed. But nothing online for my cases has been update. The USCIS did do some maintenance work on the site yesterday hopefully this will help speed things up for everyone

My EAD status is still stuck to "new card is being produced" since last Saturday....I was reading in other forums that it could stay like that for up to one month....

Should i be worried my status is still on approved since 8/27/16 and my I-485 on fingerprint fee received from 6/2016 is something wrong

EAD/AP stays on a. Approved for a few days to a week before it changed to "mailed".. Since your a k1 your Eligable to get your interview waived... If you get lucky and your in that batch they selected to be waived then your status will stay at "fingerprint fee recieved" until it's approved unless you get an RFE then it will be "fingerprint fee recieved" "RFE" then"approved" so yea it's very normal for a k1 to be stuck on fingerprint fee recieved.. As a tier 2 told me if your still at "fingerprint fee recieved" by 3.5months then a very high probability your interview will be waived

I have been looking at cases with the same change of status as mine (August 27th) and no changes in any of them...

I just hope that because it was a Saturday is not considered as a business day, so we should maybe consider our date as Monday 29th???

I started thinking something was wrong with my wife's case since we are still at received 01jun16 for EAD/AP and finger print for AOS 07jun16 but then I checked like a thousand cases yesterday and there are plenty of cases received around end of May and beginning of June in the same status as ours.

Worry? I am a bit worried but most likely I've just got some slow case worker and has missed a lot of work, haha!!

I hope this eases your worries a bit! :)
