There won't be much movement until the field offices get on to the new ELIS system. Right now, all the NBC applications (even from July) are being processed, so yes, they are jumping ahead many of us, but that's due to the fact that none of the larger field offices are equipped to handle the new system. There are rumblings that the new system will get implemented by the end of September (official last date for the old N400 form), so let's hope this is true.

That's the best case scenario! Most of the IOE folks from April are still waiting to have their interviews scheduled, so that's 4 months of backlog. For us June/July filers, it would be a miracle if we get our interviews done by the end of the year.

Just curious, are there any body from the same field office whose applications were submitted at the same time but one with NBC receipt interview already done yet IOE receipts are yet to get interview notice? I see most of the field offices which are processing their applications within 5 months are done for april months. For example Phoenix field office processing date as of June 30th was dec 16th 2015. My guess is that if phoenix field office is processing application at the same speed (i.e as of may 30th, they were processing Oct 27th of 2015) about month and half in one month. They must be processing applications around mid march now. So within a month April filers should get interview notice for phoenix. Likewise i would think the same for other field offices. I am guessing just based on what i saw on this forum and processing dates in USCIS website.

no need to guess actually. Various folks who have taken InfoPass appointments have received direct confirmation from field office officers that ELIS has not been rolled out to their office, so they aren't able to support the new form yet. If you go to the other tracking forum, you will see a whole lot more data points of people becoming told this. Just look at this very site of April applicants who have an IOE number vs NBC. Most of the IOE folks are still waiting.

I do have IOE number and based on some posts here tried calling the customer service but was not transferred to L2 officer. The rep just asked me to be patient and wait for the notification to come! Late to the discussion. Wife's N400 (based on 5 years Perm Res.) was filed and accepted in June 9, 2016 at Texas Lockbox. Biometrics done first week in July. In-Line for interview around August 26 and then Interview Scheduled August 31. Received Interview letter on September 6. Interview scheduled for October 5. And yes she filed the old form so this is an NBC case number.

Does anyone know if the there is a schedule of oath ceremonies for Philadelphia? A quick google search didn't turn anything up.
