06/18/12: I-130 for parents approved

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - with MNL# assigned for both parents & agent registration (DS-3032)

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - requesting for AOS (Affidavit of Support) processing fee for $88.00

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

May 21-NVC receives case!!!

May 23-NVC sends to Seoul!!!

Jun 04-Embassy receives case!!!

Jun 06-Receive Packet 3.

Jun 08-Receive Packet 4.

Jul 06-Interview.

Jul 06-APPROVED VISA

Aug 02-Arrived in US

Oct 29-Married

Soon, real soon for AOS, AP and EAD...just need time from the Army to do it with...

03/2003: Met Online

12/2003: I went to Moscow as an exchange student, we met in person.

20/09/2006: Sergey proposes to me!

21/02/2007: I-129F Package mailed from Wroclaw, Poland to California Service Center

28/02/2007: NOA1 issued

22/5/2007:Approved!!!!!!!!!

04/06/2007:NVC received case

11/06/2007:Left NVC for Moscow

23/08/2007: INTERVIEW, APPROVED :)

Not all of the Feb filers have been approved, I think we still have some Jan and Dec filers there too...I pray for their speedy approval.

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

No more touches since 5/22/2007, and NVC doesn't seem to know our CIS case number yet, at least that's what their computers told me on the phone :(

02/04/2008: Received permanent resident card (approved 01/30/2008)

11/01/2009: File for removal of conditions

Have you been able to communicate with a live person over at NVC ?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

No, that's the information from the automated hotline

From what I have read in previous posts, you definitely want to talk to someone live, as they have more accurate information than the automated system. I would try them tomorrow, as they are probably closed today. Good luck!!!

Silly me, it's a federal holiday. Was really hoping USCIS would be open today, but should've known of course they wouldn't. None the less, hope everyone is having a good holiday!!!!

8/5 - POE @ Dallas/Ft. Worth

8/11 - Wedding!!

10/15 - received Greencard

Got 10-year Greencard

TomTom, when you do call, be sure it is like 7:30 am or 8, because that was when I had instant success in speaking to a live person, and I can assure you, they are very kind there, unlike the sour puss' at USCIwedontcareS.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.
