I-134 questions

Question 3 on form.......I cant put the whole name of the Province/state in the section.....it is the province of Negros Or. What should I do?

Question 10 on form...... The file wont let me type numbers in the field. I cant include (filling now with I-129F petition) as it states on the sample form. What should I do?

If you can't fit something in when you type, just fill it in with black ink when you print it. I had to do that with my husband's address

I am viewing that one but that is example of the 2011 Rev. The form is now a 2014 Rev.

That doesn't matter. I used the example just as is.

If you type the city and or providence all in the city line space it should all fit. I just tried it and it worked for me.

The attached image showes what am looking at. The state in the 2014 rev is not a long line the 2011 rev. I run out of room to type in that tiny box. Should I hand write it?

I think you don't need to put something on the "State" space since it is not applicable to the Philippines. Just fill out the rest.
