Does it normally take more than 10 days for the card to arrive at your doorstep?

I know nothing is normal, but it seems all the approved EADs have been received by now. Here's hoping it's in the mailbox when I get home...

I hope you get your EAD soon! I see in your timeline that you haven't been transferred to CSC or received an interview date or did I miss reading about it? We both have NOA1's on 3/29.

I am freaking out because I haven't been transferred or received an interview date yet; let alone any news or touches on the EAD. We were touched on 5/30 and 5/31 because of our address change.

I just got an email from CRIS that they ordered a new production card for me! yehey!
Neil's AOS was approved at CSC yesterday!!!!!

Go ahead and accept your job offer! You can show them the email as interim proof if they request it, however; you have 90 days to produce the card.

My husband received the CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED email for his EAD on 6/11/07!

Perfect timing! He had a 2 1/2 interview for another job this past Friday! They offered him the job on the spot and will send a formal written offer with all details on Thursday (6/14/07)!

I forgot to include my interview date on the timeline, I actually received an interview letter earlier in April, which was a big surprise actually since i had a medical RFE. Anyhow, hope to get that freaking card soon!

Same thing happened to me,, must be a crazy factory line out there at the USCIS

It's crazy, either they send way too many e-mails or not enough! Don't worry though, guys. Yours will be in the mail this week, I'm sure. It seems to take them about a week.

I have a feeling the hold-up on our EAD is in Chicago...the postal service here is notoriously bad. My husband ordered a CD the same day as the card production order and he hasn't received that either. Here's hoping it's not lost.

Also, no word on the status of our AOS case. It was transferred to CSC over 8 weeks ago and we've heard nothing since we got the transfer letter. I've e-mailed CSC twice, e-mailed both Illinois senators...nada. Anyone have any advice on what we should do next? People who were transferred in June have already received notification that their case is pending at CSC, which is why I'm so peeved and keep whining about it. (sorry!)

We got our EAD approved on the 6th and received it on the 11th. Not bad! I'm sure everyone's cards are coming along. :star:

Same here - I received 'card production ordered' for EAD on the 7th, and then another e-mail yesterday 12th.

I also saw the EAD was touched again today too.
