OMG! I will be doomed if this is true.

I applied under (a)(9) category, as a K3 non-immigrant spouse. I did not even know that my I-94 expires in 90 days nor that the EAD is valid for that period. :crying:

I hope what you said does not apply to K3 visa holder. *praying*

The EAD filed before AOS is good for the length of the I-94. So for K-1's only 3 months making it pointless... but for K-3's makes much more sense. If you file for EAD at the same time as AOS that remains valid for only a year.

Congrats WJ on your interview... Did you get a stamp?

You and I have a very similar timeline and neither of us have received our pending notification. I wonder if ours are stuck somewhere together? :unsure: I'm going to keep an eye out for you and hope yours gets some sort of action soon. <3
