Does anyone know what the process for AOS is? I looked through the guides and FAQ's but can't find anything. For example, after you file and they send you your NOA, does it automatically get sent to Missouri or is that just a district office depending on where you live? When it hits Missouri, then where does it go, what does it do? Am I making sense? lol

Chicago is just a lockbox to receive the packages. Your application is then send to Missouri where it is sorted out to the local offices. If there is a backlog at the local office, some applications may be pulled and transfered to CSC to ease the load of the local office. Your NOA1 comes from Missouri.

it is best not to compare your journey to others regardless if you applied within the same month. AOS is very much all over the board. :star:
