Lay them all on a scanner and copy the tickets/boarding passes entire from your trip. Label the page with the dates inclusive of the trip. Save the originals.

Send ALL of it . Do as Ortolan said, and if you can put little post its/labels showing the details and order of your evidence all the better. When I was preparing my application I looked it at from the point of view of a complete stranger. (well i tried lol)
