Form N-400 Needs some help

Hi , Please help me with Questions below .

Are you a male who lived in the United States at any time between your 18th and 26th birthdays in any status except as a lawful nonimmigrant?

( Yes i am MALE but i was not in USA between 18th - 26th birthdays ) Should i Answer YES or NO ?

If you answered "YES," but you did not register with the Selective Service System and are still under 26 years of age, you must register before you apply for naturalization, so that you can complete the information below .

( Now I am 30 and came to USA when i was 27 ) how should i Answer ?

the answer is no, you weren't here at that age, the question is about selective service

you weren't required to register because you entered the country at a later age

But you were 27 when you came to the US, so the answer should be NO.

but new form says Now 26 to 31 years of age ( 29 years of Age if you are filing under INA Section 319A ) thats most confusing please if you guys look into the new updated form its changed .
