Hello guys,

I am trying to fill the G-325 A form and it is very confusing. I understand that both the petitioner and the beneficiary must fill this form. I have several questions :

1) For the petitioner

a) when asked about the last address abroad outside of the US of more than one year, is it asking for the address where I lived before I moved in the US?

b) Do I also need to fill out the last Box?

2) For my beneficiary:

a) When asked about employment. He is website designer and he has been self employed since he started working. What do we put there?

I would think they want to know your last whereabouts regardless of US or not unless stated otherwise

Can you not say self employed? I believe some of the forms' instructions specifically mentions self employment and have insights on it.

Thank you for your answer. Any idea regarding the other questions?

Yes, put your address prior to the US, if you are currently in the US.

I'm not sure what you're referring to by "last box" but if you are asking about the box where it tells you to put your name and alien registration number just put your name and if alien number is not applicable just put "none" or "n/a".

Hello guys,

If you lived outside the US for over a year, then you list the last address you had outside the US that you resided at for a year or more. Just as it asks.

b) Do I also need to fill out the last Box?

Yes.You fill in your name there. Put None for A#. See the example form here on VJ.

2) For my beneficiary:

a) When asked about employment. He is website designer and he has been self employed since he started working. What do we put there?

Put Self-Employed and then Web Designer for occupation.
