Just wanted to let everyone know that this was the best forum for information and support that I've encountered.

My husband and I started this Process in September 2015. He finally had his interview on April 7th. He was issued his Visa on April 28th. He is on the plane now to America and will be here tomorrow afternoon!

KEEP THE FAITH!

Here is the NVC process wiki that will be very helpful to you. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

At NVC for the IV package for the Beneficiary you only need to submit photocopies. The Beneficiary keeps originals for interview.

You will need to submit 2015 taxes to NVC. You can easily file MFS (Married Filing Separate) and put NRA where the SSN would go for your wife.

She doesn't need your BC.

Please read the Wiki its the Bible for NVC. Good luck.

Also special note its advised to get Birth Certificate fro NPC if you have;t got it yet. NVC and embassy refer and these you get no wahala.
