A couple of questions before applying for tourist visa

A) Won't it look suspicious as I already got refused before 2 months for a visitor visa (a friend of mine in California invited me + sent a letter but I was refused) and now I find a school to go there and pay a hefty tuition for only 7 weeks?

B) Will getting refused again make my future applications even more difficult?

C) How can I show proof of coming back when they don't even look at the supporting documents?

Thank you in advance,

What country are you from?

My opinion is that you will be denied again.

A) yes

B) it might

C) they do look at the supporting documents

Normally they do no need to look at supporting documents.

Just based on my own experience, claiming to be a Web Designer seems to be a red flag for CBP as well.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, really?

The DV is a lottery. Millions apply, and they don't sit around saving that info for everyone to cross check in the future. You did not get in so that won't affect your chances of anything.

the unaccredited school and having 2 previous and recent denials might affect. But you already don't have that visa now, so other than the money, what else do you have to loose?

Can someone please confirm... I always thought that entry to the DV lottery wasn't counted against you when applying for a tourist visa. Is that information they keep on file to determine immigrant intent?

I applied for the DV lottery this year and was not selected. Does this mean that I have harmed my chances of obtaining a tourist visa in the future, all because I participated in a lottery?

I'm actually eligible for the VWP based on country of birth, if it makes a difference.

Then use the VWP.

Problem solved.
