The first form for one year extension there is a receipt number that from the first their site didn't recognize it, even on that paper says: " the above receipt number must accompany all inquiries."

on the paper they sent for my bio appt: there is two receipt number, which one of them is as same as the number on extension paper( I already said it doesn't work) and there is other number that when I enter on their website says :

On May 17, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC**********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by June 16, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Even when I contacted them and I told my receipt number doesn't work and they sent a letter to me they used the same receipt number and it was written our record shows you applied on May but we are still working for the case from 2015 and.....

I just want to does anyone has the same problem as me?

It makes me very nervous not knowing what's going with my case and each time I call, I get the same answer and they wonder why my case doesn't come up.

The number that says On May 17.... is the number for tracking your case. On mine says the same. They usually don't update cases online. Plus we, May Vermont fillers have still at least 3 weeks to a month more to wait until we get some movement so no worries. Check your mail daily because most likely we all gonna start getting some letters soon (Approvals and RFE's).

Hello

Card received yesterday.......

Way to go!! Glad everything went fine. You actually got lucky since CSC got severely backlogged now in January with the workload transfers so the wait is bound to be long (or should I say "even longer") for the rest of us. Again, enjoy the full residency!

I received today a letter to come for biometrics appointment on the 28th. I've never been more confused. I did the bio appt 10 months ago. Will call them in the morning. Hopefully that doesn't mean that I have to wait another year, that would only add up to my stress.

Cazzers, this probably happened because your DOB was updated recently, so they might want to run it again..

Just got a letter today from USCIS. Thought it was an RFE since it was just a letter without a card inside. Open it up, and it says that we're approved and should receive the new card within 60 days!

VSC filer btw, so it looks like VSC is starting to work on them.

The online status didn't change though, still just showing the original My Case was Received.

Also, looks like they've redesigned their green cards and will start issuing the new design from May 1. Will see if they hold up sending the card so they can send the new version or if they'll send the old version quicker.
