Hello everybody.

My name is Dilan, I am from Turkey my fioncees name is Trent and he is from America Florida.

My fioncee is gonna start k-1 petition for me, he is in here turkey with me for now.

We are almost done but i have last a couple questions.

1) Can we sent i-129f and g-325a forms together? I want to send it together because of shipping is expensive from here.

2) I used stapler for a couple of our evidence. Is that ok? Will the deny our petition?

3) Should we staple other forms too? How are we gonna send it ? Can we use sheet protector?

And i want to show some of our evidence if it is ok to send it.

4) Do i have to translate the receipt of my engagement ring?

5) I printed skype and facebook conversations and facebook posts for evidence and stapled them. is that ok? I am gonna go and print the photos to the photograph paper tomorrow.

6) Can i staple our passport kind of photos to g325a form?

7) Attachment for g325a is not gonna make a problem right?

8)Basicly is everything ok with my evidences?

Note: Someone message me about a k-1 tv show. i think it is a scam. who should i ask about it? Can i post it in forum so noone can got scammed?

Thank you for answers from now.

First, of course you send the G-325A forms with the I-129F. They are a requirement of the I-129F, and so are statements of intent from you both. Check the guide here for a list of what is required > http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

You can add in evidence of your ongoing relationship, but make sure you more importantly provide proof of meeting within the 2 years prior to filing. That is a main requirement of the I-129F petition.

You can add attachments to any to any of the forms. Follow the instructions for adding attachments in the I-129F form instructions.

All the documents need to be in the same package. Look a the link the previous poster provided to make sure you have everything they want. Make sure to sign all the paperwork as needed.

You also need a check or money order from a US bank for the payment. Others have reported difficulty obtaining this abroad, how do you plan to overcome that?

And, stop stapling things ;-) Just put all the paperwork in the right order in the envelope. Remember that the office have to scan every page you provide, make it easy for them :-)

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Thank you very much. I dont know why i couldnt find that general tips assembling applications mailing link before. It is very helpful.

I knew that i should send g-325a and i-129f together but someone else make me confused. He said you are gonna send it later and i just wanted to be sure. Thank you again.

Thank you, My fionce said we can do the payment from my bank, we will try to figure it out. I hope we can find a solution.

Can i ask one more question?

How am i gonna put our photos to g-325a form. The place said that :

Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert US Citizen's Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

What kind of plastic bag and how am i gonna attach it?

Sorry i am just nervous i dont want to use anything wrong.

Thank you.

Don't stress too much :-)

Any kind of plastic bag is fine. How about a small zip-lock bag? Just put it in the package with the documents or attach it with a binder to the G-325A :-)

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Receipts, what kind? I don't know honestly, because I didn't use it. Other evidence are more important. I would assume you at least need to explain what they are for, where etc...

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
