Australian or US address on I-134 Affidavit of Support K1 Visa

Hi all,

Finally gotten the petition approved and am now applying for the visa woohoo!

Got some questions about the I-134:

* The petitioner is residing in Australia with me on a work and holiday visa until August. Should she put her US or Australian address at the top?

* Q2: Aside from working in other countries for about 2 years the petitioner has resided in the US for most of her life. Should she just put her date of birth as the year she has resided in the US from?

* Q3: We're also going to use a co-sponsor, the petitioner's father and provide a separate I-134 for him. In the "Relationship to Sponsor" section would it be okay to put "Future son in law"? Or something to that effect?

* Q7: Does the petitioner put details of her casual employment in Australia at the moment or her employment before she came to Australia (she is no longer employed with them)? Or leave it blank?

* Q11: The petitioner intends to support me financially (even though she doesn't need to) but only after she has landed a job. Should "Intend" be checked and then in the explanation just say that she intends to after landing a job? Does she have to put in a dollar value?

Thanks in advance for the help guys!

Q1: US address

Q2: Yes, put DoB

Thanks for the quick reply!

She is employed but its in Australia so should that be disclosed?

Do you mean it's not applicable for the petitioner? What about for the co-sponsor? My understanding is that they do not count my own financial assets?

Sure, put the Australian employer :-)

For K1 visas, we should put N/A (sponsor and co-sponsor). Don't ask me why though ;-) The form is used also for other non-immigrant visa types.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Honestly, my fiancé wrote intend and a long story of what/how he intends to support me (housing, personal expenses etc until I land a job). However, everyone else I've seen on VJ put N/A and have been successful. One couple checked "not intend" and had to submit a new form.
