We receive an RFE letter last weekend that my wife incomes doesnt meet the poverty guidelines and we need to look for a joint sponsor. we have 30 days to respond else our AOS will be denied. i am trying to look for a joint sponsor and it seems hard. can i know the next step after which my application is deny?

she works two job as the main issue was that her annual income was $27000 from last year but she had two dependent kids on her tax papers , so with me added to it and her sum a total of 4 household size thats why her requirements seems to have rise.

2 jobs and $27k in annual income.. wow... that must be hard.

Hope you find someone to joint sponsor you. Do you resign yourself to having your AOS denied.

Those low skill part time jobs...They will drain you for pennies.

NVC sent case to USCIS : 02/09/2017 (system update)

Case receive by USCIS (text & email notification): 03/07/2017
