I know how the shoe pinches, i understand, the whole process is really frustrating, beclouding and expensive. Only THE PATIENT can survive it.

The embassy and the consular officers are really doing their job diligently without prejudice. But, some dubious and fraudulent visa seekers through marriage and visits have made them extremely meticulous and tight. They really do not want to sense or see any flag with red paint on it.

Talk to God and get your heart desire through patience ok.

Neither a lawyer nor a congressman can speed the case up. A lawyer is wasted money at this time.

The petition has been returned to USCIS (via NVC) and it takes about a year plus currently.

USCIS either will send you a NOID/NOIR letter (which includes the reason for refusal) for rebuttal or they will re affirm without it and send it back to the embassy with recommendation to approve. You will only have 30 days to respond to that letter if you get one.

You can request through a senator where exactly your case is currently located, if USCIS has received it and if you are waiting in queue for review.

Try to find out what the problem is,there is something happened on your case that look so suspicious and she thought of wasting time asking more question try to find out either from you or from your petitioner, some co will tell you what the reason for denial and some don't due to time factor, try to get more information about your case and press forward, don't give up and always talk to God in prayer about it thank you
