Hello everyone!

First of all I want to thank you all who shares their experience, helping others. It is not time for us to remove the conditional status yet. We will be doing it in July. But I decided to take a look at the form. So I know they want my elis account number, I know where it is at. I have changed my password in January this year. I was sure I remembered it.

I was trying to log in, it didn't let me. I requested a reset password instructions. I got the whole new step by step instruction how to create an account.

Can anyone fill me in, please? Has anyone experienced such situation.

Thank you!

Called the customer representative. We tried to log in together, it still took me to absolutely new account without any of my information. So she said that all files after August 2015 could have been removed due system renewal. So I guess it happened to many of us. will try again later.

Because not everyone gets an ELIS account number this is something I think currently anyhow, that you can not know without issue.

The IOE # is on the back of your green card (in the black bit, you can see it in the light).

I believe A number, IOE and ELIS are 3 different numbers. I found a printed summery of my elis account in my document stack and account identifier differs from A and IOE numbers.

But still can't log in my elis account.

Well dern. I don't like calling USCIS, I do not like them, Sam I Am.

Is the ELIS # required on the I-751?

It has a spot BUT as i stated earlier, lots of people dont get an ELIS # because they adjust status. So not knowing this will not break your I-751.

  • 2 weeks later...

updated for ELIS account number .I am not convincing for the answer that ive got from the first person i talked that the ELIS and A number are the same so i tried again to call USCIS last friday and the man asking me some information like my name,my birthdate and A number.after few minutes he gave me my ELIS account number..so for those people who want to retrive their ELIS just cal USCIS and tell them that you need it for the application of your I 751.

I called USCIS and they told me I no longer have an ELIS account number. Only those who filled out an I90 will have an ELIS number. I was told to leave it blank.

Guys, there's an easier way to find out your IOE number. After paying the fee you've got an email with Agency Tracking ID.

Just replace final x-portion of the link below with the Agency Tracking ID information and a page with your IOE number will open.

https://public-prod-...ss/XXXXXXXXXXXX

Hope it saves your a couple of hours ))).

this works like charming. I found my IOE
