Okk So quick question..I have the AOS which was filled with 2014 Tax transcript..But I only have the form 1040 for 2015..Will that be a problem?

I got an email today confirming that case was completed at NVC and I am in a queue for interview at new delhi, india. Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for New Delhi, India interview date. Also what should my wife bring to her interview. Thanks

June Interview scheduling should start next week maybe Wednesday or Thursday.

Things to bring to interview. More of the same thing you submitted in petition package but update. What has happened since you filed. If there were visits during the process show , all that. This is the time to load up with quality and know your Embassy. have you read through your interview reviews for your embassy to get a feel what CO's like.

Like for example Lagos (Nigeria) CO's love phone logs and pictures with friends and family.

And if you didn't submit 2015 taxes with NVC you should have at interview with an updated I-864.

It changes back to PAID when your petition is sent and received at embassy for interview.

Thank you. I got 3 N/A a week after I was told to be put on supervisor review. I haven't called to confirm. Kinda skeptical about what's on ceac. Cause my husband just received a letter this morning from Senator stating that nvc said they received our checklist package on March 14th. It takes 30-45 days to review. Then tonight we saw 3 n/a.

I heard some friends say that they might stall your case if you call while the mark day is not yet hit. Also, the rep said she would recommend me to call a lot. Wait till mid May.... Scared to call lol

No I don't think they will stall your case because u are just calling to make sure..If they could do that..I'm sure they would have buried mine under the Mediterranean Sea..I kept calling them every night till I got case complete..Then I switched to twice a day till I got interview date..I understand u being scared but I think you should call.
