I've received a letter stating that my I-129f has been forwarded on to the US Embassy in Seoul. It's been 1 month since then and my fiance still has not received her packet 3.

What should I do to get more info on this? Should I call the embassy? Any info would be great.

11/06/2006 - Mailed off I-129F

11/14/2006 - NOA1

02/01/2007 - NOA2

I would call NVC first at 1-603-334-0700 and verify that they have received and forwarded the case to the embassy. If they have then I would contact the embassy

Good luck

Mario

Well guess I'm not alone cause I was also searching for some answers. It been 3 weeks on my side. And now I'm lost have no Idea what should I do. I was thinking about starting to prepare my AOS, however, my employer ask me to send them the letter/form of the Consulate request, now they got me good cause I don't even know what to tell them unless I present them the NOA2 (I know its a little bit of topic).... Guess we should call the Consulate/Embassy and check it out.

I would call but wouldn't worry to much. My I-129F petition was approved on Jan 30 but my fiancee didn't receive Packet three until March 8. It takes a while sometimes.

I'd call to maker sure the Embassy has recieved it and find out what the progress is.

They may be really busy, you just never know.

I agree, you should contact The Consular Section at the US Embassy Seoul (e-mail or telephone) to get some insight.

I have the same problem it's been 2 weeks and my fiance hasn't received his packet either. The embassy told me to just download the forms. They responded to an email. Also, if you find someone else here on VJ that will share their packet copy with you you can do that also.
