Hi,
I accidentally sell/furn tabacco to a minor but my offense was on 1/27/2009 - 7 years ago. I went to the court - plead guilty and paid the bail of $188.
My question is, do I need to put my offense on the N-400 application form?
Thanks for your time.
Felix

There are specific questions on the application that ask if you have ever been cited, arrested, charged, and/or convicted of a crime; see Part 11, Questions 22-28 on the N400 applications.

Based on what you've shared, you cannot truthfully answer "No" to these questions.

Part 11, Question 29 then tells you to list details of any cases if you answered "Yes" to the preceding questions.

So I don't see how you avoid listing this incident.

As the above posters have said, yes, you must.

And just remember that self-identifying will actually generally HELP your case, so long as it wasn't something super egregious like murder or armed robbery. It tells them that you are being honest and truthful.
