Requesting additional relationship evidence

I went to the interview appointment today and I was told to provide a relationship evidence such as chat log,photos and call log,when my wife came to Nigeria we took many pictures and when she is about to go back she demanded those pictures so that she will show it to many of her friends in united states but unfortunately she went to cancer surgery and handed her best friend everything including her property and her personal belongings because she wanted to relocate about house after the surgery to my greatest surprise everything that belonged to her was lost including our wedding pictures and I was told to provide the pictures today or there will be no visa but I can provide our chat logs and call log except those pictures please my fellow vjer tell me what should I do even due I told them that police detective is handling the case and gave them the police report number

So you guys submitted no pictures with your I-130 petition?

You have no backup pics? On phone, laptop?

I know every pic I take with my phone is backed up in my Gmail and even on facebook.

What about friends did any take pics of you two.

You need to brain storm and think what you can do.

Also do include the police report. They aren't believing your story by them giving you a day now or you are denied. So move fast. Good luck.

Can't you contact her best friend to locate the pics and scan them to you ?

What you mean they got lost ? Lost how ? In this day and age there are always some pics on the internet somewhere.

My dear I understand your point on my own part the ones I have on my phone was erased when my phone contacted virus and I bring some of the pictures as I can but the lady said that she needs more pictures

she said she wanted the pics to show people back home. Did you guys print everything out or something. I am like the CO I don;t truly understand in this day and age how you could have no trace of a wedding, pics together. Can you see why the CO has issue with this.

Who took the wedding photos. I know we had a photographer (a Professional). The people at your wedding did they not take one picture. Your Facebook posting. You have no backup pics of your wedding your visit together?

Dwheels I understand your point and it's like I have to be blamed because I acted foolishly she took many of the pictures not all because I went to the embassy with some of the pictures but I did it out of excited with thinking the other way back thinking that every of the pictures will be send back to me prior to my interview but I have contacted the photographer that took us the pictures to print out many of us but my fears is this if he check his laptop and it happens that every thing has been deleted from his system should the police report make any difference because she has gone to get the police report for me but the chat logs from the day we started and our call log is available up to date

How would I know. Sorry but the only advice I have for you s too move and move fast. Delay raises red flags. Everyone should have pics somewhere. But like I said if you don't have you don't have.

The CO said today. Next week is not a guarantee that they will accept them. Have the photographer scan them to you. Submit them today.

My dear I succeeded in submitting the pictures together with my calls logs and chat logs today because of the public holidays which ended yesterday
