Do POE in Dublin. Its is hectic at times but once you land state side all you have to deal with is normal airport crappyness.

I second and third everyone who has said 2 hours is not enough time. My first time into the USA for university, I flew into Chicago to transfer to a connecting flight. My mother had allotted two hours layover. It wasn't enough, not even when a group of four friends who had gotten split up in the security line (they were going through in pairs spaced very far apart) let us jump the line in front of them twice. We got through security, sprinted the length of O'hare to the C gates, and missed our connection by minutes.

3 hours. At least.

I personally love LAX, but I have never changed from one terminal to another when there. I've heard people say it can be quite tricky and take a long time if you need to go from an international terminal to a national one at LAX, maybe because it's so big.

There are 6 main terminals at LAX plus extra loading and unloading zones. If you have to change terminals there it's horrible. I think it's one of the worst airports in the US.
