g325a quick question

Morning guys

Im preparing my petition for my future fiance and I . On the g325a im a bit unsure on the "city/country of birth " and "city/country of residence"questions . For us petitioners , did you mention the state you were born ? OR just the city? For example Decatur is the name of 3 different cities in the US (Georgia,Illinois,Alabama ) would it be easier for them if i just put "Decatur , GA, USA" for the city/country of birth?

And for city/country of residence for my parents i out "Waxhaw, USA" , waxhaw is a town thats near charlotte , and when i look up my parents on voter registration , it labels waxhaw as a city , so i thought that would be ok. Or should i just say "waxhaw NC, USA"?

kinda a dumb question but just want to be certain

I don't think it makes a difference but, its probably easier if you put something like "Decatur, GA (USA)". They'll understand regardless and it's not a barcode form so it shouldn't be an issue.

So for city and country of residence for my parents "Waxhaw , NC (USA)" should be fine then?
