Hello,

I have a question for K1 visa. If you are making over the 125% poverty guideline, do you still need a letter from the bank showing when the account is opened, present balance and the deposit amount? I got all other information such as statement from my employer, pay stub and tax return. Are these good enough or do I still need a letter from my bank? Thanks

I have no problem printing my bank statement but I'm talking about a verification letter from the bank.

If you can get it from bank just get it in case. Takes 5 minutes to get it. You never know at this embassy so why risk it? Letter should show when did you open the account and current balance
