Hi!

I am new on this forum, and I am about to start K1 process. At this time I am accembling all paperwork, and I was wondering if it is OK to submit a faxed form G-325A and digitally printed photo of my fiance. It takes over a week to get express-mail from Russia, and I rather have my fiance fax me G-325A and e-mail her photo, so I can submit the whole package earlier.

Thank you,

It has to be original signature, so will require directly from them. Feel lucky Morocco mail take 2/3 weeks Take a little more time and do it right so it wont be returned.

Digital printed photo should be fine if meets passport photo requirements.

Fax forms are not fine, you need original signatures. I had my fiancee complete her copy of the form when I was with her in Indonesia and took it back with me.

 NO  .. don't do that. :protest:

Don't try a shortcut unless someone else on the SAME situation like yours (Russia) had that checked before and it was ok. Many times you try to save time upfront, and you lose a lot more afterwords... So, wait to receive original G-325A signed in original by your fiancee on all 4 copies, and those 2 photos with the name printed lightly with a pencil on the back of each picture.

You will need to learn to wait and respect the standard steps because otherwise you may bump into more time consuming sittuation. Read the guides, it will help you manage the process in the most succesful way.

Good luck!
