My PD is December 29, 2014. I recently received an email stating that USCIS anticipates a delay in processing my case. I've been reading through your posts and your cases are different because they're at NVC. Mine is at USCIS as I filed within the US. I should be interviewing in Baltimore where I485 is currently in November 2015. Was told over the phone that my case is in Baltimore but my inquiry reference numbers seem to indicate that it's still at NBC. Does anyone know what they mean by delay? If the bulletin keeps moving then my case should be current on November's bulletin.

peole with pn in jan 2015 start calling now they have they are giving interview over the phone today. someone with pd jan 20 2015 already have he interview date for november 10 2015

Someone with 22Jan2015 PD called and was told to call back again on October 1. Why October 1? We don't know either, but it's weird cause Oct 1 is a weekend.

call nvc today they are giving interview date over the phone. two already have they interview date one pd 12-22-2014 and the other one with 1-20-2015

Thanks so much for the information. That's fantastic. I will give it a try. though I've been told to wait till October 1, 2016 that they are currently working on November 2014 PDs. Just skeptical about this idea of giving interview dates on phone. I hope they're true about verbal issuance of interview dates. I think a mail from NVC will do. Edited September 27, 2016 by Valvic

did you received an interview letter? people are now reporting they received an interview letter (20Jan2015)

I did not receive an IL. I called today and was told that though Baltimore has passed my AOS filing date, they are backed up, thus the delay. Agent put in a service request to Baltimore in the hope that this will force them to look at my case. She said I am outside filing date as the email said. Thought they were using your PD but for Adjustment of Status they're using the date you filed the AOS against the current dates at the field office. Sooo confusing

by the grace of GOD, my visa is approved....my interview was in 3rd oct2016 Dhaka consulate.... they told me i'll get my passport within 10 days from pickup location....tnx everyone for your helps...pray for my safe journey to USA...wish u all, get to meet your loved ones soon....
