So I'm getting a green card as soon as I applied for it in US, I'm getting 10year green card.

My question is, my petitioner is in Tn and our first choice of address is Tn. But we want to relocate in Kansas. Is it ok to directly go to KS and just address the green card there?. Thanks.

You need to fill out the change of address if you're planning in relocating https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange

My port of Entry will be Kansas so I will be signing there to apply for the green card. My green card will be mailed in the Tn address, but is it still valid in Kansas?

You can change your address at POE but also do the onkone change of address as soon as you arrive. A green card is valid no matter where you are. Why would it not be valid in Kansas?

Also entering on a IR1/CR1 visa immediately grants you a temporary green card once it is endorsed. You will not be applying for one. Unless you mean the immigrant fee for the hard copy card production.

Your POE will not be in Kansas because no airline offers any direct or nonstop flights to airports in that state from any location outside of the US.

You will be able to fly to Kansas from the first US airport you land at, that's not a problem. You will need to provide CBP with your correct address so your paperwork will be processed correctly.
