hi everyone, i need your inputs and opinions regarding my thoughts on signing up DS 160 security question part 5.

I am currently a nurse in the Philippines and a beneficiary on a K1 visa.

Should I answer these security questions a NO or a YES?

"Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United
States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its
equivalent?" ----->in my own understanding, a med school is for the Doctors...
"Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet
received certification on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved
independent credentialing organization?" ---->i am a health worker (a nurse) in the Philippines. should i focus my answer as someone in my profession or on the purpose of my petition as K1.. that is to get married in the States. ?? I have not had undergone any certification yet from the Graduates of foreign nursing schools..
a nurse or anyone who had been into this situation? thanks in advance!

Your going to the US on a K-1 visa with the intent to marry. So answer the question no.

You may have an education in nursing but you are NOT entering the USA seeking work... you are entering the USA to get married.

To me... NO is the correct answer for both. What do you think? Are you entering the USA seeking work as a nurse? (yes you may work "someday", but is that your purpose for entering the USA now? ;) )

in signing up for DS 160 online, on the Mailing address part of the beneficiary, how should we input our address if they're asking for the *state. Should we type there our Province instead?

Yes put province where it asks for state.

Okay.. And on the EMPLOYMENT HISTORY, i just recently resigned as On call Nurse, so should i put there unemployed on the current employment?

Here's my employment history:

> staff nurse at Hospital X, from 8/2011 to 7/2015

> On Call nurse reliever at Hospital X, 8/2015 to 1/2016.

Should i put there the most recent, because i was employed in one institution but in different areas as listed above. Or should i put them both?

Thanks!

First always tell the truth. If your unemployed then list that your unemployed. For employment history list each job with the required information.
