I have a great feeling that you will hear something next week.....

I have all the paper filed out and ready to submit the N-400 waiting to file tax to get some money. It is a little pricey.

Hey there. Sent the application, check ($725), IRS tax transcripts for past three years (request them online from IRS), copy of marriage certificate, copies of my GC and his passport, and some bank statements from joint accounts for past three months (these aren't required but I just added them since my ROC case is pending)..

Not sure I understand your question... is that the question asking about whether you've been married for 3 yrs?

Yes Question number one...There are two parts. have you been a lawful permanent resident for at least 3 years. In addition....have you been married for 3 years. Technically  we fit the second bill and not so much the first. Because we are using the 90 days window which puts us at 2 years 9 month as permanent residence. For example my Green card has on it residence since 3/26/2014...not until march  could  I say i fit the bill of the first part of the question. That's what i was referring to. These USCIS folks can sometimes play the technical games sometimes.

I see. I answered yes to both. Otherwise, what would be the point of allowing early filers?
