My grandmother will be filling out an affidavit of support since I do not have a job. I was just wondering, on the form it says " Relationship to sponsor". Would this be my grandmother's relationship to my fiance? or my fiance's relationship to my grandmother?

From your description it appears you are looking at form I-864A. This form is for "household members" of a sponsor, to have their income counted in the household income of the sponsor. Are you sure your grandmother can/should be your "household member"? Your "household member" must be either 1) someone you claim as a dependent on your taxes, or 2) one of certain relatives living in the same residence as you, and grandparent is not among the list of allowed relatives.

You probably want your grandmother to be a "joint sponsor" instead. A joint sponsor would fill out an independent I-864.

If you are in the process of the k-1 visa and needing the affidavit of support for the interview you need the I-134 Affidavit of Support. And even though your grandmother will support his stay, you need to fill out one of these as well. Also, it would be her relationship to you.

No. On the grandmother's I-134 it will be asking for the grandmother's relationship to the person they are sponsoring, not to the USC petitioner.

So, it would be 'Granddaughter's fiance'.

But she said it asks "relationship to sponsor" ... wouldn't she be the primary sponsor?

They are asking about 'Relationship to Sponsor' question in Part 3 of the I-134.

The person filling out the I-134 is the sponsor. It is asking about the relationship of the person/sponsor providing the I-134 to that of the person they are filling out the affidavit of support for. It falls under '3. This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:'

So, the USC petitioner would put 'Fiance' for that question. The OP's grandmother would put 'Granddaughter's fiance'. Typically it is a parent that is a co-sponsor, and they would put 'Son's fiancee or Daughter's fiance' for that question.
