K1 sponsorship form and joint sponsorship form

Hey everyone! I seem to be a little lost with which form I need to fill out (petitioner) and which one my father needs to fill out (joint sponsor) for the k1 visa. Is it the I-134 for both of us? Or is it the I-134 for me and the I-864 for my father? Or am I completely wrong with the forms? hahaha. I can't wait to hear back from someone!

Also, I forgot to ask in my original question. There seems to be a lot of paperwork I need to send in (petitioner) which I understand. But what does my father (joint sponsor) need to send me to send to my fiancee? He is self employed, so does he only need to send me a w-2 form? Or is there more?

As the co-sponsor, your father should enclose documentation that evidences his ongoing income in addition to the Form I-134.

This would be most recent tax return & W2s or tax transcript. Additionally, a job letter and recent pay stubs. Since he's self-employed, you can enclose evidence of his business -- business licenses, tax return business schedules etc.

You basically need to prove that your father has an income that is enough to sponsor your fiance and your fiance will not become a burden on the US government upon arrival.
