No worries, I still don't have ANYTHING. No EAD/AP, no case ready to be scheduled.... Starting to think I'll go home tonight and find another biometrics letter waiting.

Makes me want to cry. Been in the us since June 2015 and I miss working. I am NOT a good house wife. ( We got married two weeks before my I-94 expired, his mother had a stroke 2 weeks before the wedding. We had to travel to MD and because of this had no money to file until February. )

August 2011: Started talking to Brian
June 1st, 2012: Started dating (L)
July 29th 2012: Saw each other for the first time, met Family
August 2013: Got engaged
July 2014: Sent 1-129F petition
July 29th, 2014: Received NOA1.
February 5th, 2015: NOA2!
April 16th, 2015: Medical in Montréal
May 15th, 2015; Interview- APPROVED!
June 22nd, 2015: POE at Champlain Border

September 4th, 2015: Wedding! :dancing:

AOS/EAD/AP

February 20th, 2016: AOS/EAD/AP Package sent! (Received 2/25, yay for USPS delays!)

March 4th, 2016: NOA 1 for all 3 applications

March 11th, 2016: Hardcopies with all 3 receipt Numbers received

March 30th, 2016: Biometrics (as a code 2, Maybe have to go again?)

April 25th, 2016: Walk in for the SECOND Biometrics appoinment (Code 3 this time, Officer was not the happiest but told us to come back at noon and he'd let us in.)

May 16th, 2016: Submitted Service Request for I-765

June 8th, 2016: Called USCIS concerning delay, officer put another request in and said the previous one would like be ignored as it was created through their website.

June 21st, 2016: Contacted both NY Senators.

July 1st, 2016: RFIE for I-485.

July 8th, 2016; Sent Evidence Requested by USCIS. (Received July 13th)

July 15th, 2016; Emergency Advance Parole due to Family Emergency

July 27th, 2016; Contacted USCIS Ombudsman as my I-765 has been pending for 5 months.

July 30th,2016; EAD/AP have been approved!

I'm right there with you guys, filed Feb 17th, NOA 1 Feb 24th, Bio appointment March 14th and not a peep.

My cousin is getting married in June but the flights are already getting really expensive so I don't know if we'll be able to make it even if I get my EAD/AP soon. It's a bummer.

Getting really anxious with everyone getting approved!!!

Cant wait for miiiineeeeeee!!!! I wanna work already to stop being a bum lol.

Anyway, here's an update with my application.

4/18 - applied to expedite my EAD due to job offer

4/21 - Got an email from USCIS asking for proof of job offer letter from employer. Faxed them the same day

Now im waiting for them to get back to me!! I cant keep my employer waiting for months cause i might lose the offer. I know it'll take me weeks (for the EAD card to come and applying for SSN)

Though some people (who has a close PD with mine) already got their interview/EAD&AP approved, Im thinking of getting mine approved anytime next week but this request would be atleast worth a try.

Good luck to those still waiting!!!

Let the good news comeeeee

I'm sorry to hear about his mother , my husbands mother had a stroke a month before I came to the states, it's hard situation but I pray she does get well and I hope you hear atleast something soon

Congrats to everyone receiving good news over these last couple days!

For those still waiting, if you're at 75 days, put in that service request. Can't hurt right? My fingers are crossed for you all.

I just booked my flights home for a visit in 3 weeks and almost cried.

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

Next step: Citizenship!

Quick question guys.

I just got a not a notification that my I131 permission to travel document was approved. I haven't heard yet about the I765 that I resubmitted on Tuesday. Does that mean when I get the approval notice I can leave the country?

I am confused.

Once you get the notice it will say I got my card and my approval notice for EAD but not the paper approval for AP yet my card says good for advance parole on the bottom but you'll have to wait tell you get the paper in the mail it should say wether you can use it for travel.

Congrats to everyone receiving good news over these last couple days!
