Is anybody adjusting from TN status? If you are, how fast (or slow) is your AOS processing?

I'm adjusting from TN1 status to GC. The last update for my case, according to the USCIS website, was on 2/19/16. I completed my biometrics on 2/29 and haven't heard anything ever since. If the 3-month estimate is relatively accurate for the EAD/AP, then I should get the document by the third week of this month. I'm applying for another position within my organization (in a different location), so I will need my EAD if I get the job.

I'm really glad to see that other Feb filers are moving forward with GC application, and some who even received their GC already - awesome! It's actually quite encouraging :-)

I've been following this thread since I started my AOS Journey (Feb. 04) and wow, the fast approvals are really inspiring!

Gives me hope that at least, they are already working on February filers. :dancing:

With almost everyone getting the good news, I can't help but feel a little worried about my cases bec. according to USCIS, my cases were last touched February 11, 2016.

I filed for AOS early Feb and I had my bio taken March 04.

I'm so tired of staying at home the whole time, just want to be able to work ASAP

Do you guys know how many days/weeks should I still wait before calling the USCIS for an update?

And what number should I call?

Thank you in advance!

Fellow early Feb filer, my case has also been untouched since Feb 18 (and there are others that have been untouched even longer). Someone else on here told me I could put in a service request for my EAD but that's only once we hit 75 days pending. I think you do that online if I'm not mistaken.

Hope that helps some. It doesn't seem like it, but there are quite a few of us who have yet to hear anything (along with some January filers). I would presume our field offices are just much busier.

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

Next step: Citizenship!

I am not trying to gloat or rub this in anybody's faces but I thought I would give an update so you know what to expect as far as USCIS updates. My wife's AOS was approved this past Friday and today got an update that the card was mailed today. I had seen other posts that the site provides a tracking number but there isn't on listed.

Again, not to gloat or anything, I know the frustration some of you are feeling, I sat in TSC hell for 7 months last year without a word.

You're not gloating at all! And maybe because our K1 was approved in under 1 month, our green card will take longer haha

Good morning February filers! Congrats to all the approvals,is great to see they are working on our cases! ???

I have a question, I checked my case status this morning and found that my case is updated with the following notes and dont know what it means, I called customer service and they said my name didn't have any changes and is too soon to get information about my case. ? (Weird)

Thanks in advance for your help.

On April 5, 2016, your name was updated relating to your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

That's kind of strange...they shouldn't need to change your name if all your AOS forms are in that name already. All I can say is that I know case officers really vary on what they decide to display to petitioners through their case status. Your case officer must have updated something regarding your name--maybe your I485 NOA1 had your name spelled wrong or something? I don't think it's a cause to worry at all though.

Super congratulations to all the cards being processed, interviews being scheduled and waived. Let the good news reign over us all. To those who feel their case is being stagnant I hope you guys called in to inquire, and when they give you their generic response, please find patience and hope to see that all cases are not the same and all cases don't have the same IO. I wish us all the best.
