Wow for me it's been 18 days and no NOA1, now I am officially worried, anyone else in the group sent out there in for early this month and got no NOA1?

My friend filed at the same time as me (very end of January). I got my NOAs on February 2nd, but she only got hers yesterday, February 18th. No idea how USCIS deals with these packets, but they're clearly not going in order. Hope yours come in soon. :(

K1 Visa

03/30/2015 - I-129F sent

04/06/2015 - NOA1

04/30/2015 - NOA2

05/14/2015 - NVC case number assigned

05/15/2015 - Petition left NVC, sent to Paris embassy

05/20/2015 - Paris embassy received

09/03/2015 - Interview... APPROVED!

09/10/2015 - Visa received

Hey everybody I am February filer like most of you. I had done my biomectric on the March 9, 2016 and the USCIS online status change to "case ready to schedule for interview" on the March 19, 2016.

Hang in there! I understand how you feel though, I kept checking my emails every 5 minutes before I got it.

Also, Monday was a holiday, so maybe that's why it's taking longer.

Hi everyone, I am really new to this forum. Here is my timeline. I mailed my i130 and i485 package on Feb 12 through USPS priority mail to Chicago lockbox. The package arrived at 16:42,Feb 16. I haven't gotten any NOA yet. Anyone who has the similar timeline are welcome to contact me and and can share our timelines to each other in the future. I am in Michigan now. Good luck to everyone!

03.07.2016 walk-in Biometrics (scheduled for 3/15/2016)

03.21.2016 RFE for I-485

I just came back from the post office and my application has been mailed! It's supposed to be there on Monday, we will see. I ended up cashing my money order in and writing a personal check.

Now fingers crossed!

August 2011: Started talking to Brian
June 1st, 2012: Started dating (L)
July 29th 2012: Saw each other for the first time, met Family
August 2013: Got engaged
July 2014: Sent 1-129F petition
July 29th, 2014: Received NOA1.
February 5th, 2015: NOA2!
April 16th, 2015: Medical in Montréal
May 15th, 2015; Interview- APPROVED!
June 22nd, 2015: POE at Champlain Border

September 4th, 2015: Wedding! :dancing:

February 20th, 2016: AOS/EAD/AP Package sent! (Received 2/25, yay for USPS delays!)

March 4th, 2016: NOA 1 for all 3 applications

March 11th, 2016: Hardcopies with all 3 receipt Numbers received

March 30th, 2016: Biometrics (as a code 2, Maybe have to go again?)

April 25th, 2016: Walk in for the SECOND Biometrics appoinment (Code 3 this time, Officer was not the happiest but told us to come back at noon and he'd let us in.)

May 16th, 2016: Submitted Service Request for I-765

June 8th, 2016: Called USCIS concerning delay, officer put another request in and said the previous one would like be ignored as it was created through their website.

June 21st, 2016: Contacted both NY Senators.

July 1st, 2016: RFIE for I-485.

July 8th, 2016; Sent Evidence Requested by USCIS. (Received July 13th)

July 15th, 2016; Emergency Advance Parole due to Family Emergency

July 27th, 2016; Contacted USCIS Ombudsman as my I-765 has been pending for 5 months.

July 30th,2016; EAD/AP have been approved!

It's hard when you see ppl who mailed same day or even days after you got the NOA1, I even called them and they just pretty much said send another one and I forgot to make a copy of my medical and I don't have the money to do another medical, I'm stressing so much as feb 22nd is my 90th day here and I'll be out of status then , even though people send there AOS after 90 days I just don't want to do with the stress on it Edited by MASH
