Hello,

Im new yere, i was searching on web and find this community, cool, just what i need.

I live in Brazil, went USA 2 times, but now im in brazil, and my sister apllied for me a I-130 Immigrant Petition for Relative, in 2014, when she apllied in one week we got the message on the case status :

"On February 24, 2014, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by March 26, 2014, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to..."

She followed the instroctions.

One month later the status changed for : Your case was approved... i dont remember the message any more, but it was saying that the case has approved, time later it retuns to the first status saind that was received and most 2 years past and the case status stills the same.

Do some one knows, the processing time, is it this normal ?

There really is not a lot to do but wait, circa 2030 it should become current.

Diary it forward 10 years and see what the processing times are then.
