hellooo all,let me start by saying happy new year to u all..please my elder brother filled for me since 2006 and has long been approved but they keep saying the nigeria embassy lacks availability of visa thats why the delay and this year happens to be the 10yr...is there any way to find out whats going on and if it s due for this year

The Visa Bulletin says they are currently working on June 2003 for sibling petitions, so you have another 3 or so years to wait: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html
