All. Fiancé just finished her CFO session and has the stamp in the passport. Yay.

Question. They (CFO) provides her a pamphlet that included things to bring. One was the CD Package that WAS in the envelope received from the embassy. Is it in there? Will they open the package in the Philippines because I thought it was only supposed to be open in the US. Thanks for your help.

Btw, she received a copy but is not sure where she placed it. She thought it was not needed anymore and dos not keep it with all her papers. Thanks again.

i think that the cd that is being ask to bring to the US is the xray cd that was given to your fiance in St. Lukes with the envelope that you had given to the embassy. it is not inside the envelope so it is suppose to be with your fiance and she is suppose to bring it with her to the US. :)

The envelope contains everything you sent plus medical records etc The CD isn't needed at the POE. I actually handed that CD over to the CBP officer with the yellow envelope but he just gave the CD back to me. The envelope will ONLY be opened at the POE here in the States.

The CD only contains Xray copies and is not necessary (consider it a souvenir or trophy that you passed medical) . I believe I have mine sitting somewhere collecting dust. She needs to have a copy of her vaccination records though for when she adjusts her status after you get married. Make sure she still has a copy of that and NSO copies of her birth certificate.

The CFO pamphlet is a mix of actual and useless, causes more confusion then help.

#1 Do NOT let anyone touch your DO NOT OPEN envelope until you reach POE!

The CD is received from St. Luke's along with the DS-3025 vaccination record. The CD has a picture of her xray.. no one wants it.

Chinook used the x-ray CD when she got a job that required a chest x-ray. The employer accepted the St. Luke's x-ray.

I printed my wife's x-ray to include in her US scrapbook. Everyone viewing it is inquisitive.

Hi everyone as always thanks for your help and your quick respos9. We found the CD and as most of you mentioned, it was never asked for. We arrived in the US last night. They asked her one question in the US and took her embassy package. That was it. The biggest hassle was waiting for luggage. ?
